Golden Rose Stakes winner MILITARIZE (1) resumed over 7f last time out and turned in a solid effort to finish second in the G2 Apollo Stakes at this track. Won't be bothered by this longer journey. The one to beat. Group 2 winner CELESTIAL LEGEND (3) closed too well to score by 2 lengths last time out over 7f in the G2 Hobartville Stakes at Rosehill at the second run this prep. Big chance make it two on end. Spring Champion Stakes winner TOM KITTEN (2) was ridden quietly from a good draw last start before closing nicely to get up for fifth over 7f in the G2 Hobartville Stakes at Rosehill. Outsprinted in the run home but kept coming and the extra ground looks a big plus. Rates highly on best figures. Group 2 placegetter LES VAMPIRES (6) went forward and gave a great sight when third over 7f in the G2 Hobartville Stakes at Rosehill last time out. Strong record with Adam Hyeronimus aboard, including two wins. Among the top-three hopes.
