ROSY SUE (9) doesn't have the best strike rate but ran a strong race when resuming from a lay-off last time out over 5f at Canberra, finishing second and beaten a head. Finds a tougher race but this looks well within her grasp. VIOLET AND BLUE (3) produced a reasonable effort to finish 1.75 lengths away in fourth last start over 5f at Dubbo. That followed a when resuming win at Wellington. Nicely placed to take this out. SPINELESS (2) impressed when successful on debut over 5f87yards at Canberra Acton four-and-a-half months ago and has not appeared since. Sure to make her presence felt again. THE MOOCH (4) progressed nicely last time out to finish just half a length from the winner in second over 5f at Dubbo. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish.
