Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Sure to be in the finish. HAIG POINT (6) settled well back then came home powerfully to score by 0.1 lengths over 1m1/4f at this track (Synthetic) last time out. P Morales who has scored on him two times retains the mount. Should be hard to stop. GREY CHARMER (2) is in top form, most recently recording a win by 0.3 lengths over 1m1/2f at this track (Synthetic) to make it two on the bounce. Has a fine record here with four wins from 10 starts. Strong claims on his best form. MACKENZIE'S NOVVA (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5½f at this track, beaten 2.25 lengths into fifth. Better than recent efforts suggest.
