LAST GLIMMER (3) returned from a lay-off three weeks ago when she was beaten 10 lengths into seventh over 5½f at this track. Beautifully placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. LADYS CHANT (7) finished fifth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1m at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths after being in contention on the bend. Likely improver with strong prospects. UPTOWN CAT (2) is returning from a lay-off of three-and-a-half months. Finished fourth at Gulfstream Park (Synthetic) over 1m1/2f at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Timothy Hamm. Worth plenty of thought on an each-way basis. XERCES (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5½f at this track, beaten 4 lengths into fifth. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.
