THURSDAY GIRL (5) is a three-year-old filly who is having her first run for the Phil Schoenthal barn. Finished off last campaign with a fifth at Laurel (Dirt) eight months ago. Not seen at the trials but is in a nice race. Expected to go close. OH MY MIA (2) is a seven-start maiden who could only manage to finish sixth at her latest appearance over 7f at Keeneland (Dirt) after she was well back on straightening. Likely to be in the finish in this suitable assignment. AWATEA (4) finished midfield when resuming from a break last start over 6f at Aqueduct (Turf), beaten 6 lengths when in the market. Sure to be competitive. ST SUSAN (3) was close to a maiden win before a nine weeks break, finishing off with a placing over 1m at Gulfstream Park (Turf). Can pick up where she left off. Rates highly on best form and should be in the mix.
