Best figures measure up nicely. Makes plenty of appeal. STAR OF YAMBA (13) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 3 lengths when sixth over 1m at Taree nine days ago. Likely improver with strong prospects. KHANT FAIL (9) finished 11 lengths from the winner in 11th last time out over 1m at Tuncurry on September 12. Should be poised just off the lead. Must be respected.
