DUNALOCE (3) is yet to find the winners' list this time in work but has two placings from three runs this campaign, finishing 2.5 lengths away in third most recently over 1m at Newcastle. Looks a solid top-three prospect. STYLEBENDER (2) looks close to a win, finishing in the placings at his last couple of runs including a second most recently over 1m3/4f at Muswellbrook when beaten one length. Commendable record at this trip with a win and three minor placings and is a leading contender. THE YOUNG YEARS (4) has been thereabouts since scoring at Taree on July 13 the latest offering a fourth over 7½f at this track. Settles back early but winds up late. One of the contenders. THIRTEENTH MAN (6) finished third at Kempsey two runs back but was less effective last time over 7½f at this track, finishing 6 lengths back in 11th. Finds a nice race and can bounce back.
