FLYBALL (10) started at 9/2 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth and beaten 2.5 lengths at Kempsey over 7¼f. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. SPIRITLY (2) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6¼f at Taree, beaten 4 lengths into eighth. Ideally placed and is sure to be there at the finish. THE YOUNG YEARS (5) did her best work late and finished 2.2.5 lengths from the winner in fourth last start over 1m at Taree, an improvement on her eighth at Rosehill the run before. This doesn't look as hard so she can find the winners' list. STRATUM CHIEF (15) was beaten 9 lengths into eighth over 7f32yards at Grafton last time out. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.
