DAY FOR IT (5) registered a strong win at Lock two runs ago. Not disgraced last time out when in the firing line on the bend before finishing third over 1m3/4f at this track, beaten 1.4 lengths. Beautifully placed and is sure to be there at the finish. FAMOUS KNIGHT (1) has been freshened since finishing fifth over 5½f at Gawler. Kept up to the mark with a recent Gawler trial. Best figures have him right in the mix. EXALTED TRAVELLER (7) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing third and beaten only 1.75 lengths over 6¼f at this track. Has the class to take this out. ORIEDOS (2) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m3/4f at this track, beaten 6 lengths into eighth. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
