ARENAS DEL TIEMPO (8) looked much improved revisiting hurdles running second at Fakenham. Clearly ready to win soon. HARDY BUCK (3) looks to have found a new lease of life for Alexander Gibbons. Genuine contender. JOHN BETJEMAN (6) could only manage sixth racing 12 days ago at Taunton. Previously placed and cannot be dismissed.
