KAMAKAZI SHOOTER (1) showed good early dash last start and held on well to finish 1.5 lengths back in third over 7f at Bunbury. Ready to go a couple better. GOLD RUBY (9) returns after six-and-a-half months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a fifth over 7f at this track. Nicely placed and expected to go well. RULESQUE (6) is a two-start maiden who finished sixth, beaten 5.5 lengths, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5f at Ascot. Should progress from that last outing and poses a genuine threat. DRAG MACHINE (2) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 8 lengths away in tenth over 6f at Bunbury. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.
