OLLY'S FORTUNE (1) finished second at Geelong two runs back but was less effective last time over 1m at Stawell, finishing 4 lengths back in sixth after being in the firing line on the bend. Faces an easier assignment so he is set to turn things around. EAGLES FOREVER (2) followed an unplaced effort when resuming two runs back with a second last start over 7f32yards at Naracoorte after being in contention on the bend. Looks well placed so expect another big run. PRANCING COUNTESS (11) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when she got a long way back over 7f at Oakbank, beaten 4 lengths into eighth. The engagement of Dom Tourneur is noteworthy. Will enjoy a drop in class so she is perfectly placed to score. CHARTIN (6) was beaten 8 lengths into tenth in a 1m2 1/4f contest at Strathalbyn three weeks ago. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
