EIGHT ON THE DOT (2) hasn't made an impression lately despite market confidence. Last start could only manage ninth over 1m1 3/4f at Morphettville Parks. Can improve and is a leading player on best figures. FIZIQUE (5) finished 6 lengths away in sixth last time out over 1m at Balaklava two-and-a-half weeks ago. Steps up in distance. Will appreciate the drop in grade. Sure to go well. BACK ME UP BENNY (1) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Mildura, finishing third and only 0.8 lengths from the winner at the end of 1m2f after being in contention on the turn. Won't find this as tough so he is one of the main contenders. WARRANDYTE ROAD (10) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Balaklava, finishing fourth and only 2.5 lengths from the winner at the end of 1m3f. Well placed and should be about the money.
