Perfectly placed and is sure to play a major role. BYK (7) got the prize two runs ago at Laurel. Not as effective last time out when sixth over 6f at Laurel, beaten 5 lengths. The engagement of Julio A Hernandez is noteworthy. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. MARKET MAVEN (6) has been in the market at his last couple of runs but failed to threaten, the latest effort a modest fifth in stakes class at Laurel (Dirt) over 1m1f. Rates highly on best figures can do much better. CLASSIC UNION (3) did a great job to score by 1.5 lengths over this course and distance last start in a nice progression on the when resuming performance. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he can get the job done.
