BILL OF RIGHTS (5) is going well with three minor placings from three starts this prep. Was in the firing line all the way and finished 6 lengths from the winner in third last time out over 1m at Laurel (Dirt). Finds a perfect assignment and can take the next step and salute. MAT MATTERS (8) pushed forward last time and boxed on to finish 2.75 lengths away in third over 1m at Delaware Park (Dirt). Has the speed to overcome a wide draw. Going up a level this time but he has the ability to mix it with them. OUR ETHAN CHARLES (1) settled well back when 99 lengths from the winner in sixth over 6f at Delaware Park last start, a less impressive effort than his fourth at this track the run before. Worth noting D Cora goes aboard. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. SECRET SATURDAY (3) is having his first run since winning by 9 lengths a month ago over 6f at Delaware Park. Has transferred to the Kelly Lynn Deiter stable over the break.
