Fair record at this trip with a win and two minor placings. Looks ready to win. SPORTING THE GOLD (5) was prominent from the outset and fought on for second last start over 6f at this track (Dirt), making it three minor placings in a row. Has the pace to be thereabouts from the outset. Meets some better types this time but another big run will not surprise. MALIBU'S BOSS MAN (6) broke his maiden three starts back and has not been far away since, most recently when beaten 1.75 lengths into third over 6f at this track (Dirt). Is a winner at this circuit. One of the contenders. WARRIOR'S WAY OUT (7) has been in the placings at his last two appearances, finishing second over 6f at this track (Dirt) most recently. Must be included in calculations.
