HUMBLE JOE (2) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track (Dirt), finishing second and only 0.8 lengths from the winner at the end of 6½f after being prominent at the bend. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. DIVINE CHILD (4) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing third and beaten only 2.25 lengths over 6f at Laurel (Dirt). The engagement of Raul Mena is a positive move. Perfectly placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. STARLORD (7) didn't do a bad job when second last start after being in contention on the corner over 6f at this track, beaten 0.1 lengths. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Silvestre Gonzalez gets the best out of this four-year-old gelding. Going up a level this time but he deserves plenty of thought. HATMAKER GIZMO (8) doesn't win very often but ran a nice race last time out over 7f at Woodbine, finishing second and beaten a nose. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role.
