STARLIGHT GIRL (8) was prominent on the corner and battled on well to finish second last start over 5f at Goulburn, beaten a long neck when resuming. Goes up a rung or two but she is good enough to feature. FIREFINCH (12) is back after a break of 11 months. At the last run before the layoff she finished seventh over 6f at Mudgee. No surprise if she was able to get off the mark. GRINS (9) was 3 lengths from the winner in fifth over 5f at Moruya last time following a minor placing on debut the run before. Has good early pace. Strong figure from the debut is the right form reference. UFANA (13) finished third last time over 4½f at Wellington, beaten 6 lengths. Will trim down following recent racing. In the mix.
