TAKEN (10) has recorded three consecutive placings, the latest finishing third at Caulfield and is overdue for a maiden success. Will find this easier. Sure to go well. MISS ALTAIR (12) resumes from a lay-off of five months. Could only manage to finish fourth at the latest run over 6f at Mornington. Hard to beat if back in good order as anticipated. DIAMOND INDARUF (13) was out of the money on debut two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5f at Yarra Valley, beaten 5 lengths into fifth. Finds a tougher race but this looks well within her grasp. DISTANT DREAM (14) returned from a lay-off two weeks ago when she was beaten 3.5 lengths into fourth over 5f at Yarra Valley. Strips fitter and can figure in the finish.
