CROATIAN BELLE (5) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 5f at this track, beaten only a head after being in the firing line on the turn. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. FLYING KNEE (8) settled well back from the inside draw last start before coming home nicely to finish 3.5 lengths away in sixth over 5f at this track. One to watch for late in proceedings. HYDRO STAR (4) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with just four wins from 44 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when eighth over 5f at Cranbourne, beaten 10 lengths. Perfectly placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. ALLURING GRACE (7) started this campaign with a win then was not as effective last time out when 11th over 5f at Sandown-Hillside, beaten 9 lengths. Nicely placed to figure in the finish.
