REMUDA (1) closed off strongly last start to get up for third, beaten 0.6 lengths, over 7f at this track when fresh from a lay-off. Should be winding up late again. CORTAIN (3) finished second at Bendigo two runs back but was less effective last time over 1m at Seymour, finishing 5.5 lengths back in sixth. Has the ability to produce a better result. NYSTROM (4) ran below expectations last time after being in contention on the bend at Cranbourne, finishing ninth and beaten 5 lengths starting at 9/1. Has the class to produce a better result. ARTIE'S DYNAMITE (11) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1m2 1/2f at Moe, beaten only half a length. This looks a good race for him so another forward showing looks likely.
