LITTLE JACK (6) was heavily backed and justified the support when resuming last start over 7f120yards at Sale, scoring by 2 lengths. BOB THE HORSE (1) turned things around last start and got the job done by 2.5 lengths after being in contention on the bend over 1m at this track. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat again in this suitable race. SLANE (3) has been in the placings his past two starts, finishing third over 1m at Benalla last time out. Will find this a little tougher but should be competitive. FINE REBEL (10) resumed two weeks ago over 6½f at Sandown-Hillside and was only beaten 0.9 lengths into fourth. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time.
