BUFF IN DISGUISE (4) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he settled well back over 1m2f at Beaumont (Newcastle), beaten 2 lengths into seventh. Has started two times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Won't find this as tough so he is set to turn things around. LADY TINO (1) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when a neck away in second over 1m3f at Scone when she was prominent throughout. Mitch Stapleford gets the best out of this five-year-old mare. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. HOT GOSPEL (7) was racing well without winning, finishing in the money on two consecutive occasions, before finishing fifth last time out over 1m2 1/2f at this track. Deserves a win and can improve sharply. SHADOW SHOT (6) was in the firing line on the bend and finished second last time over 1m2 1/2f at this track, beaten a neck. Placed to advantage and can feature in the finish.
