TAPATIO LEO (3) displayed plenty of early toe and kicked strongly to score over 6f at Los Alamitos (Dirt) last time. Has the pace and draw for a good early position and expected to take catching. TAHOE RUN (1) finished second at this track two runs back but didn't measure up last time over 1m1f at this track (Dirt), finishing 8 lengths back in sixth after being in the firing line on the bend. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. GOLDEN HORNET (9) returns after a lay-off of ten months. Looking to emulate his win at Colonial Downs when returning from a lay-off last prep. Can make his presence felt. SPEND BENJAMINS (10) got the prize two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when eighth over 6f at this track, beaten 6 lengths. Nicely placed to figure in the finish.
