Has been in sound form this prep with a win and a placing from four starts. Among the leading chances. DUPLI KATE (3) showed little early speed then came with a powerful run to finish third last time out over 6½f at Canberra. Strong effort last time and is worth following up. LIQUOR TALK (8) ran below expectations last time at Orange, finishing ninth and beaten 9 lengths starting at 15/2. Nicely placed to bounce back. JANNIK (7) produced another moderate effort last start when 2.75 lengths from the winner in tenth over 6½f at Goulburn. No surprise to see him in the frame.
