HEAVY METAL (6) resumes from a lay-off of five months. Could only manage to finish tenth at the latest run over 6f in the G2 Karrakatta Plate at Ascot. Has ability and can get off the mark. GOD'S GATE (2) has not raced since his debut back on March 30 when he finished fifth over 6f at Ascot. Likely improver and can get off the mark this time. EARL IT IS (1) went forward last start over 5½f at this track and held on well for second, beaten 4.5 lengths. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. SCENIC BOOM (3) is a two-start maiden who returned last time and finished fifth at this track over 5½f, beaten 6 lengths. Settles back early but winds up late. Don't underestimate.
