GONE TO CAPE YORK (5) showed good early dash and stalked the pace last start before drawing clear to score by a head over 5½f at Nowra. Will go forward and should be in the finish again. BOOMTOWN CHAT (4) showed good early dash and led for most of the way before fading to finish 1.5 lengths away in fourth over 6½f at Hawkesbury. Expected to be in this for a long way. CHILLY CHARLIE (3) last appeared when he finished fifth over 7½f at Newcastle on December 1. Sure to make his presence felt. BODY OF VENUS (10) is returning from a lay-off of eight months. Finished seventh at Tamworth over 5f at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Nathan Doyle. Placed in a recent trial.
