LUCONI (2) finished 3.5 lengths away in sixth last time out over 6f at Goulburn after being prominent at the turn when resuming from a lay-off as 4/1 favourite. Steps up in journey. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Best figures should see him run well. OUR UPTOWN GIRL (5) has a moderate winning strike-rate but did a good job when returning from a break last time at Warwick Farm, finishing third and only 1.75 lengths from the winner at the end of 7f when she worked home well. Finds an easier assignment and can get the job done. BLUE TONGUE (3) was too good for a maiden field last start over 7½f at this track, scoring by a long neck. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Re-unites with Madeline Owen who was on board last start. This is tougher but he is capable of another big run. FOX REIGN (7) showed good early speed and raced on the pace last start before fading to finish fourth, beaten 3.5 lengths, over 6½f at Canberra. Sure to give a sight.
