OMNIC (8) finished second last start over 6½f at this track to make it three minor placings from five runs. Has recorded two top-three finishes from three runs at this venue. Sure to prove very tough to beat. RUMBLING NIGHT (10) debuted two weeks ago when he finished eighth over 6½f at Hawkesbury, beaten 3 lengths. Likely improver and worth following up. ALTAIR I AM (1) is still a maiden after five starts but was placed at Hawkesbury when resuming before finishing fourth at Canterbury last start. Bold showing expected. BLEND OF THREE (2) is a three-start maiden who returned last time and finished fourth at this track over 6½f, beaten 1.2 lengths. Definite top-three hope with plenty of improvement to come.
