TANGLEWOOD (6) resumed last time out and finished second over 5½f at Rosehill, beaten 2.5 lengths. Ideally placed to score. LUBRICATION (1) is coming along nicely this prep. Finished 12th when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Doomben then improved and scored as favourite over 6f at Doomben three-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by 1.4 lengths. Meeting a deeper field this time but he can win again. FULD'S DOUBT (17) built on a nice second two starts back at Tamworth with a win as favourite over 5½f at Scone three-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by 1.5 lengths. Reece Jones scored on her last time and retains the ride. Steps up a level but she is worth serious consideration. COOL DUKE (12) is a boom four-year-old gelding yet to taste defeat in three runs, the most recent win by 2.2.5 lengths over 6½f at Tuncurry. Comfortable winner last time and can measure up again.
