JE REVE (2) was prominent from the outset on debut last start and held on well for third, beaten 1.5 lengths, over 5½f at Warwick Farm. Can open winning account this time. GROUNDRUSH (1) ran below expectations when fresh from a lay-off at Canterbury over 6¼f last time, finishing fifth and beaten 1.5 lengths. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. KERVETTE (8) found one marginally better when returning from a layoff last start over 6f at Wyong after being prominent throughout. Nice alley assists. Meeting a tougher field but on her best form she is capable of a big performance. ICONIC TREASURE (4) raced handy on debut last start and gave a good sight, holding on for third and beaten 1.2 lengths over 6f at Wyong. Has upside and must be respected.
