SCHUHBECK (7) made considerable ground in the run home to finish second last start over 6f32yards at Albany. Expected to be there at the business end. PATRIONIC STAR (5) ran a strong second over 5f207yards at this track two runs back then was below his best last time over 6f when eighth, beaten 4 lengths. Better suited at this shorter trip so worth forgiving. CHAD'S ME DAD (3) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a sixth over 7½f at Albany after being in contention on the corner. Finds a nice race and can turn things around.
