HEAVENS GATE (17) sets a good standard. Impressed winning a Curragh maiden (6f) in May and finished third at G2 level in two outings since. Plenty to admire. MIDNIGHT STRIKE (1) won by 2L on debut before an excellent third in a G3 tackling this trip. Key danger if main selection disappoints. AMAZING ATHENA (2) shed her maiden tag at this course. Not disgraced in a 5f Listed race since and might go close if increased journey sparks improvement. FIERY LUCY (16) finished well behind the lead choice at Newmarket. Earlier promise not forgotten.
