EAGLES BEWARE (1) ran well on debut last start to finish second over 4½f at Newcastle in a tougher race. Sure to take a lot from that hitout so he is worth following up. VOLARE (12) returned last time with a solid third at Taree over 5f. Beautifully placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. PUERTO BANUS (6) returns after three-and-a-half months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a sixth over 6½f at Wyong. Looks up to the mark following a trial win at Newcastle. Has ability and is a leading player. KING SOLEIL (3) debuted three-and-a-half weeks ago when he finished fifth over 6f at Port Macquarie, beaten 5.5 lengths. Will be better for that run and is expected to go well.
