DONT CALL ME HONEY (3) showed early speed from an outside draw last time out and led for much of the way before finding one better at the end of 5½f at Dubbo. Rates highly and will be hard to peg back. RELUCTANCE (6) is back from a lay-off of five months and does go well when fresh, including a win to launch last campaign over 4½f at Goulburn. Has found a suitable race to kick off the campaign. TAKANAKUY (7) settled well back last time out then found the line strongly to finish 1.75 lengths away in fourth over 5f at Tamworth. Among the chances and will be tough to stop. PANUARA BOY (5) is having his first run since June 21. Goes very well when fresh - has not been out of the money in four when resuming runs and did win over 5f at Glen Innes at the start of last prep. Sure to make his presence felt.
