FOOLISH (5) ran below expectations last time out when seventh over 6½f at Taree. Can bounce back. OAKFIELD STORM (1) missed the placings two runs back then got a long way back last start when 6 lengths away in eighth over 6¾f at Beaumont (Newcastle). Worth noting Aaron Bullock goes aboard. Finds a nice race and can find winning form. DEVIL'S INN (2) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then was beaten 4.5 lengths when seventh in a 6f contest at Tamworth three weeks ago. Likely improver with strong prospects. PREFER TO BE READY (7) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6¾f at Beaumont (Newcastle), beaten 6 lengths into ninth. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
