ZASZOU (12) made it two wins on the bounce last start when she scored by a long neck over 7f at Sandown-Hillside. Perfectly placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. ROGUE ROCKER (6) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he was never in contention over 7f at Benalla, beaten 2 lengths into sixth. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. ANGLAND (9) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6¾f at Geelong, beaten 1.75 lengths into fourth. Meets some better types this time but he has the ability to test this field. INTREPID EAGLE (8) resumed over 5½f at Flemington last start where he drifted back early and didn’t threaten, finishing tenth. Second up record is sound. Likely improver.
