LUMINOUS RULER (6) doesn't win very often but ran a nice race last time out over 1m at Delaware Park (Dirt), finishing fourth and beaten 1.75 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can get the job done. INSPECTOR PENNY (1) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1m at this track, beaten 8 lengths after being in contention on the turn. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. STARCRY (3) is having her first run since winning by 1.75 lengths two-and-a-half weeks ago over 1m at Presque Isle Downs. Has transferred to the Marco Ccamaque stable over the break. Has ability and makes plenty of appeal. GRACE IN EXCESS (5) made progress last time out, finishing 2.75 lengths from the winner in third over 1m1/4f at Presque Isle Downs. Likely improver so plenty to like about her chances.
