VALUE ENGINEER (9) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when fifth, beaten 8 lengths, over 1m at Colonial Downs (Turf) after he settled well back. Cherry-ripe now and is a great chance to break through. OUTGUNNED (5) finished out of the money two starts back then he got a long way back and was beaten 11 lengths when sixth in a 5½f contest at Del Mar five-and-a-half weeks ago. Faces an easier assignment so he is a major player. MOON OVER DUBAI (11) finds it hard to win with just one success from 31 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when eighth over 7f at this track, beaten 7 lengths. Finds a nice race and can find the winner's circle. INTRANSIGENT (3) went forward and proved too strong last time, scoring with 4.5 lengths to spare over 5½f at this track (Dirt). Has a decent record at this track. Cannot be underestimated.
