JOY IN THE BATTLE (3) was impressive last time over 5f at Fort Erie, scoring by 6 lengths. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Expected to be in the finish. PEACE FIRE (8) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 3.5 lengths when sixth in a 7½f contest at this track two weeks ago. Finds a tougher race but a big run will not surprise. AGENDA (7) ran fourth at her latest appearance over 1m at this track, finishing 13 lengths from the winner. Has sound form here at this trip with three wins and four minor placings from nine runs. One of the better chances.
