SPEIGHTY WAR (2) was far from disgraced after being prominent at the turn to finish half a length away in second last start over 6f at this track. That followed a when resuming win at this track. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot make amends. DRIVE BY LAYOVER (4) has strung together a couple of wins at this circuit, the latest on June 25 over 6f when he scored by half a length. Winning rider A Bracho retains the mount. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. JAMMING CAMERON (1) missed the placings last time out over this distance at this track (Dirt), beaten 5 lengths. Has a very good record here including eight wins from 15 starts. Should be involved in the finish. THIRSTY JOHN (5) was well in commission last time but ran below expectations when fourth and beaten 3 lengths over 6f at this track (Dirt). Should be poised just off the lead. Deserves respect on best figures.
