CALL ME GUSTO (4) improved sharply on his eighth two starts back at Charles Town (Dirt) with success over 6f at this track (Dirt) two weeks ago, getting home by 2.75 lengths after being in contention on the turn. Facing a tougher assignment but he is good enough to cope. CASH CUSTOMER (3) scored at his most recent appearance, getting home by 1.3 lengths over 5½f at this track (Dirt) as favourite. That continued the good form this campaign, with two wins from four starts. Can measure up again. FIELDSTONE (1) made progress last time out, finishing 6 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 7f at Charles Town after being in the firing line on the corner. Has the talent to take this out. SMOOTH RICO (5) raced on pace for much of the way before fading in the straight to finish fifth, beaten 5 lengths, over 6f here last time. Among the chances.
