Meets some better types this time but another win beckons. HUMMIN' THE FUNK (3) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 1m at this track, beaten 11 lengths. Finds a more suitable contest and can get the job done. MISS FORT (7) finished third at this track and distance at her last appearance six months ago. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race. MALIBU MARLEE (5) was in contention on the bend and finished third last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 6f at this track (Dirt), beaten 5 lengths. Will benefit from that outing. Placed to advantage so expect another forward showing.
