REAL THINKER (12) closed off strongly last start to get up for third, beaten 0.9 lengths, over 7¾f at Bordertown when fresh from a lay-off. Drawn to stalk the leaders. Will give a great sight. JOHNNY CIGAR (4) turned in a nice run when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at this track then missed the placings last time when 2.25 lengths from the winner in fifth over 7¾f at Bordertown. Rates highly and is right in the mix. THE WOKE WAITER (2) improved last time out, finishing 0.8 lengths from the winner in second when he worked home well at the end of 1m at Echuca. Looks well placed so expect another big run. LINES OF GLORY (6) is building towards a win with placings at his last two runs, the latest effort a third over 1m1/2f at Gawler when beaten 2 lengths. Backmarker who gets home hard. Can run on into the finish.
