FINE VINTAGE (4) was well in commission last start over 5f at this track when third, beaten 2.25 lengths. Rates highly and expected to atone. PROPHET'S PRIDE (6) showed good early muster and fought on to finish second last start over 6½f at Canberra. Will be up on the speed from the low draw. Finds a tougher race but another big run is on the cards. HEADSTOCK (5) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then was beaten 9 lengths when 11th in a 6f contest at Randwick three-and-a-half weeks ago. Beautifully placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. KATTEGAT (3) was prominent at the corner and finished third last time over 6½f at this track, beaten 0.6 lengths. Will trim down following recent racing. Placed to advantage so expect another bold run.
