LINGANI (11) clocked-in third behind Queman last time out in the G3 Behemoth Stakes at Morphettville over 6f. Has a very good record here including two wins from four starts. Must be respected. SPLASH BACK (13) settled well back then made some inroads and finished 3 lengths away in fifth last time out over 6f at Flemington three weeks ago as 13/8 favourite. Steps up in distance. Form at this distance is strong with four wins from five starts and is one of the contenders. GREAT MAXIMUS (5) has been thereabouts without winning lately, finishing fifth at Moonee Valley last time and 2 lengths from the winner. Rates well on best and could sneak into the finish.
