GREAT MAXIMUS (1) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5½f at Morphettville, beaten 3.5 lengths. Jake Toeroek gets the best out of this four-year-old gelding. Strips fitter and can take care of this field. MORRIS MINOR (5) kept coming but just failed to pick up the winner when fresh from a lay-off last start over 5¼f at Morphettville. Will take a lot from that hitout. Placed to advantage so expect another forward showing. SCHRODER'S MISTAKE (7) went forward and proved too strong on debut last start, scoring with 1.75 lengths to spare over 6f at Morphettville. Sure to be competitive. COME ALONG JEFFREY (2) bounced back last start and scored by 2.5 lengths over 6f at Hamilton. Well placed to feature in the finish again.
