THE GOLDEN FIST (7) raced only once in first campaign, finishing a head from the winner over 5f at Morphettville Parks then put away again. Should be further improved on a trial win at Morphettville and can get off the mark here fresh. HALLIWELL (8) is backing up quickly after finishing in the money at Murray Bridge over 5½f just seven days ago. Strong run last time and will be hard to beat. MOAKSUN (3) has been in great form with two placings in succession, most recently when beaten 3 lengths into second over 5½f at Bendigo when he was always up in the leading division. Steps up a level but he is up to the task. SOLESUN (5) resuming from a five-and-a-half months break after finishing tenth at Gawler and resumes here a gelding. Ran fifth in a trial at Morphettville over 5¼f. Rates an each way chance here.
