LITTLE NICK (7) is back after a break of 11 weeks. Went close to a maiden win before the layoff, finishing second at his latest appearance over 1m at Turfway Park (Synthetic). Good effort to launch last prep when in the money at Gulfstream Park over 1m1/2f. Ready for a bold run. TRANSCENDENTAL (6) returned from a lay-off six days ago when he was beaten 16 lengths into ninth over 1m3f at Aqueduct. Strips fitter and can figure prominently. TWO MINUTES APART (10) is yet to break through but has been in the money six times including last start when third over 1m at Tampa Bay Downs (Turf). Has a solid record at this journey, finishing in the money on three occasions. Top-three proposition. AMERICAN DAY (1) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time.
