HE'LL RIP (10) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 7f21yards at Flemington. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. RIOT AND ROSE (2) travelled in a rearwards position then made a little ground and finished 4 lengths away in seventh last time out over 7f at Sandown-Hillside when resuming from a lay-off. Tackles a longer journey this time. Will find this easier. Has claims on his best form. MATHEW (1) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 0.8 lengths from the winner in second over 1m1f at Caulfield. Likely to hold the form and is a strong top-three prospect.
